The accreditation for the World Equestrian Festival, CHIO Aachen 2012
is only possible via this online form.
Please read the information on this page first.

Please note that you need to have a portrait picture of yourself (120px X 150 px)
on your hard disc for upload.

If you apply for the first time for a CHIO Aachen accreditation,
please send in addition a copy of your Press ID card as well as
evidence of your hitherto existing work (related to horse sport) to:

Please refrain from any requests until then.

Freelancers and photographers should besides fax a confirmation of order of
the magazine / newspaper / editor they will be working for in Aachen.
Without a work order, no accreditation can be issued.

An accreditation through this application is only possible for journalists.
Commercial photographers that do not work as journalists cannot receive a press accreditation.

Unfortunately, the steadily growing number of accreditation inquiries forces us to limit
the number of media representatives allowed at the CHIO Aachen.
If delays in the accreditation procedure may occur thereby, we kindly ask for your understanding.

In general, each medium can accredit one journalist, only in well-founded exceptional cases more
than one will be accepted.
We kindly ask you to keep the accreditation deadline on May 25th, 2012 in mind.
Accreditation inquiries after this date cannot be accepted.
Your data will only be saved for the accreditation process.
They will not be at the disposal of a third party.
